​Yoga for Wellness

Yoga for Wellness is a holistic practice that encompasses mind, body and spirit. It is a combination of gentle postures, breath work and meditation to build strength and flexibility, while working to heal our nervous system and mental space.    Incorporated into these sessions we will practice Gentle, slower-paced Yin and Restorative postures that are held longer, utilizing props and modifications to create a more restorative support, allowing for muscles to fully relax. These longer held passive poses target the deep connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and fascia throughout the body, regaining space and strength in the joints, moving the energy in our body, increasing the health of our organs, as well as quieting our minds.

Chair Yoga - A combination of gentle yoga poses with breath work while seated in a chair, invoking mindful movement while building strength and flexibility. Each class or session will end with a short guided meditation to quiet the mind, integrate and bring balance to body, mind and spirit.

Yoga for Trauma, PTSD and Addiction– utilizing the Trauma Sensitive Yoga format along with Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Amrit Method Yoga Nidra - Meditation for Stress Relief, Deep Relaxation and Rejuvination

Yoga Nidra also referred to as wakeful yogic sleep, is a powerful practice accessed through a guided meditation, that induces a state of deep relaxation, quieting the mind and providing stress relief on physical, mental and emotional levels. Integrated Energy Therapy® I.E.T.®

Integrated Energy Therapy® (I.E.T.®) is a hands on energy therapy system that gets the “issues out of your tissues” for good! Developed at the Center of Being, by Stevan J. Thayer, I.E.T.® uses the violet angelic energy ray, as brought to us through the nine Healing Angels of the Energy Field, to work directly with your 12 Strand Spiritual DNA.

    I.E.T.® is a gentle hands on modality that is targeted to go directly into the areas where cellular memories created by trauma or suppressed emotions are held.  With gentle pressure on these cellular memory areas, energy blockages are released and replaced with positive energy. This will empower and balance your life in the present, helping you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future. 

    An I.E.T.® session is private and is approximately one hour in length. You will be fully clothed and relaxed on a message table, while relaxing meditative music is played in the background.  At the end of an I.E.T.® session it is typical to feel more empowered and a sense of peace and well being.

Integrated Energy Therapy® and Yoga for Pets

I.E.T ® for pets - I will review with the owner, the pet's physical symptoms and behaviors, which will enable me to determine which cellular memory areas to focus the I.E.T.® energy into.  This will be hands on, if the pet allows or can be done using a surrogate or a distant healing session.

    Please note that this review is not aimed at practicing veterinary medicine in any way.  My goal is to facilitate the I.E.T.® energy to clear any blockages within the pet's cellular memory areas to restore balance and well being.

Yoga for pets - As an holistic approach I will utilize my yogic breath, soothing voice with guided imagery,  movement and massage on the animal, enabling full surrender and peace to balance mind, body and spirit.  This is in conjunction with an I.E.T.® session.
